This essential stockpot is ideal for making soups and stews and boiling pasta. Alternatively use it to steam mussels for 4-6 people, make a small batch of preserves or fill it with a delicious vegetable breyani. A double boiler can be created by using the 24cm dome. With stainless steel handles, this versatile Gourmet pot can also be placed in the oven. Simply cook your meal on the stove, then remove the lid and finish it off in the oven or under the grill. If a lid is preferred,e.g. to steam the breyani layers in the oven, cover with foil.
